On June 14th, we hosted the Parsons/Samuels Rehearsal Dinner in the Glassroom. We don't get too many good pictures of the Glassroom all dressed up, but this one looked really great. Enjoy!
Outside the Glassroom, a placecard table greeted guests with a mat for them to sign.
The weather was just perfect that day. The golf course was looking especially nice out the windows.
The colors were green and pink with plenty of bridal white. White chair covers with moss green organza sashes completed the look.
Pink sparkly fabric, silver branches, and floating candles in martini glasses were a really fun centerpiece.
The bridal party's table had a fantastic centerpiece. Look how great this looks!
We have seen plenty of ways to display table numbers, but these little chairs may have been the cutest I have ever seen!
Speaking of chairs, the bride and groom's seats had a little something special.
Very cute!

Schmitt/Sartain Wedding Reception
May 5th, 2012 was a day meant for events: Cinco de Mayo, the Kentucky Derby....and the Schmitt/Sartain Wedding! I had so much fun with Kristin and Bryn helping them plan their wedding reception! It was truly a special day!
We start out in the Glassroom, where the guests were treated to a cocktail hour.
The weather was perfect outside, so the patio was a popular place to hang out while guests awaited the bride and groom.
The centerpieces were simple, yet reflected the theme that would be seen in the Ballroom later.
We brought in some of our soft seating from our lower lobby to create a lounge area.
Between the Glassroom and the Ballroom, guests were invited to browse through a photos of the couple's engagement session.
We have been seeing some creative guest books lately! This week we have a guitar! Painted by the bride, this created a great writing surface and a fun keepsake for the bride and groom.
I grabbed a picture after it was signed:
The reception followed in the Ballroom. Always a breathtaking sight!
The guests found their names written on these adorable cards wedged into wine corks!
The gift table included these cute greenery initials!
The table numbers were designated by number cut-outs and wine bottles with beautiful florals.
The sweetheart table kept the same theme.
I always recommend giving your guests something to do during the reception. A photo area was provided for the guests to get creative and create some fun memories! These props were some of the best we have seen!
The cake was a delicious buttercream beauty decorated with simple flowers.
The Groom's cake was great! I can honestly say this is the first Xbox cake I have ever seen. (By the way, it was peanut and jelly flavored! Yum!)
Favors were provided for the guests on the bar. "To have and to hold and to keep your drink cold!" Cheers to Kristin and Bryn!
It was a lovely day that couldn't have been better!

Lockman/Nelms Wedding & Reception
This past Saturday, April 7th, we hosted the Lockman/Nelms Wedding and Reception. It was so much fun to help Jenna and Matt plan their wedding. The theme was "shabby chic", with lots of ivory, blush, and green. It was beautiful! Check it out!
We did the ceremony in the Glassroom. It could not have been a prettier day! The light was so beautiful. That's our arch right there!
The arch had some help from Flower Express, and it was simply stunning!
The chairs had some really pretty floral "cones", which were perfect for the theme.
We used our in-house display table for a really unique, interactive guest book.
Remember these? Wedding themed "cootie catchers" were on every table for some old-school fun!
Every place setting had a menu and a baseball card in honor of the groom's favorite hobby.
The cake was just gorgeous! More flowers made it the focal point of the room.
Oh, but the groom's cake! We had a little sod left over from our Easter Egg Hunt, so we added that little something extra to the home plate!
Wow! Those are actually cupcakes! Can you believe it?!
Oh, but the candy table! This was truly amazing!
It was just beautiful! Perfect day, perfect place, perfect wedding!

The guests used the ink to put finger prints on the picture so they looked like leaves. Then, the guests wrote their names next to their finger print! How cute!
The gift table greeted guests as they walked into the Ballroom.
Speaking of the Ballroom...it looked amazing!
The tables had more amazing flowers, they looked perfect!
